Shipping & Returns

Currently we ship to Austria, Germany and a couple of other EU countries (check below under "How much is shipping?" which ones).

If you are interested in shipping to another country, please reach out via the contact form on the homepage. 

We offer free shipping for orders over 150€.

For orders less than 150€, the below mentioned shipping rates apply.

We are taking care of packing and sending your order ourselves. We do our best to get the package to you as soon as possible. Please allow several working days for it to arrive.

To be able to return an item, it must be clean and completely unused. If the item shows any signs of use, we cannot accept the return. 

If you want to return an item, please get in touch with our customer service at contact@estudiobohe.eu. We will provide you with a return label.

Please note that you will have to bear the return shipping costs. As a new & small brand we cannot afford to cover those extra costs. Thanks for understanding!

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. This 14-day period starts from the day you received the goods. 

If we receive a return request after the 14-day period, we cannot accept the return.

If your product is indeed faulty, please send an e-mail (including pictures) to contact@estudiobohe.eu. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Please note that our products are produced by hand and it is in their nature that the might have slight imperfections. This is what makes them special and unique.
